Wendy the Cat needs a home

Wendy is in a foster home as an only cat because she's very shy and afraid of other felines.  Not sure what happened previously in her life, but we are recommending she be an only cat. Wendy is very active though.  She run through her foster home going up and down the stairs like as fast as she can.  She's a "Dora the Explorer" investigating everything. She loves laying in the sun spots and watching the squirrels outside and thinks catnip is awesome.  Wendy is a lap cat.  When her foster dad sits down she's right there climbing into his lap.  She's also
